The only circumstance that there will be a time constraint to book is if you are requiring wedding photography, all weddings must be booked six months in advance. This is to ensure we have enough time to understand your vision for perhaps the most important day of your life, and to give us time to prepare the finer details.

This can vary from client to client; we can however fit it in to a particular time frame if you are limited on time.

There are many photographers out there to choose from. Some will be offering lower prices and be providing you with run of the mill products. We will only ever finish a shoot when we know that we have the quality shots you expect to receive from a professional photographer. We are competitively priced but we never skimp on quality and ensure our clients get a fair deal. Many of our competitors are offering potential clients very similar packages for double what we charge our clients and our work is to an equal standard. We have an experienced photographer that is Particular with details; we are communicative, patient and very accessible to all our clients.

Proofs are test prints of digital photos to determine how the final products will look, to ensure the right colour treatment, effects, tones etc. that have been applied are as we intended them to be. The proofs are a final indication as to how the final products will look, however sometimes it is necessary to make changes after viewing the proofs if all parties have reservations about the outcome of the final products.

Yes. We have back up equipment that we carry at all times. We do this to ensure that you receive what you have asked for, we only have the one chance to get the service/products right for our clients and should our main equipment get damaged or seize to function we have a responsibility to deliver what is agreed between us and our clients. This is a commitment that we take very seriously.

After we have met with you and the formalities are over it is guaranteed that we will deliver what has been agreed. You are in our work schedule and we will never differ from the arrangements .Even if our usual photographer is unwell we have backup photographers that can fulfil the contract terms.

We stay for as long as you like we will discuss your requirements before the day of the event/wedding.

We control the quality of all the digital files for best colour and tone, with regularly colour calibrated technology. We outsource the images to a professional lab to ensure longevity of the products.

Absolutely, we put all your images on our website with private access to all your guests.

This is dependent on how many products you have pre- arranged with us to receive and the scale of the event. If it is a small scale event/shoot then usually within 7-10 days. For larger events and weddings we will need 14 -17 days to complete the processes as it often involves trailing through hundreds of images to find the best ones for you and edit them, working closely with our printing lab to turn them into your product.

Ordinarily we cover Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. However we will go further afield but there will be a small additional cost for this to cover travel expenses and on occasion accommodation dependant on distance.

This is a very common request we have allocated for this eventuality in all our wedding packages.
